Dionne White is a prophetic minister, intercessor, artist, published author, writer, and mentor. She is the founder of Dionne White Ministries, Dionne White Art, and the Liberty Writers Collective, and ministers alongside her husband, Will, who is her best friend, support, and co-minister.

Through prophetic teaching, writing, and creative expression, Dionne ministers from personal experience and the heart of God to bring awakening, healing, and edification grounded in biblical truth. Her passion is to see the body of Christ restored, empowered, and walking fully in their God-given identity, gifts, and authority.
Dionne White surrendered her life to Jesus Christ in 1995 after a radical conversion, marking the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of His kingdom. Her journey of transformation and encounters with God are shared in her first book, The Art of Freedom. Called into ministry during the Brownsville Revival in 1998, Dionne met her husband, Will, and together they committed their lives to full-time ministry, serving in pastoral, prophetic, and teaching roles for decades.
For over 30 years, Dionne has served the body of Christ as a prophetic minister, intercessor, watchman, teacher, mentor, and artist. As a seasoned intercessor and watchman, she carries a deep burden for prayer, discernment, and spiritual oversight—standing in the gap through sustained prayer, prophetic insight, and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Her intercessory life is marked by faithfulness, intimacy with God, and a commitment to guarding, discerning, and responding to His voice on behalf of individuals, leaders, and the wider body of Christ.
Dionne has led prayer teams, facilitated prophetic intercession groups, taught equipping courses, and mentored women of all ages toward freedom, healing, and Holy Spirit empowerment.
Passionate about the Spirit-filled life, prophetic ministry, and the creative arts, Dionne teaches how creativity and prayer become sacred pathways for encountering God, healing the soul, and releasing His promises. After a season of personal reawakening and healing, God recommissioned her to ministry in 2016 with a clear mandate: Seek First. Paint the Promise. Blaze a path of peace for others. Mend them with gold—Ultimately preparing the way of the LORD.
Today, Dionne ministers alongside her husband in prayer, prophetic, and deliverance ministry, helping individuals and leaders experience breakthrough, restoration, and alignment with God’s purposes. Her heart is to see the body of Christ healed, awakened, and walking in righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit—releasing His beauty and power in the earth.

Dionne is a Northeast Ohio native and has been married to her husband, Will, for 28 years. They met during the Brownsville Revival in 1998 and have since served in ministry together while living in several states across the U.S. They have two adult children and relocated to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania in July 2023, where they currently reside and serve.
Will has worked in carpentry and construction for over two decades and is the owner and operator of Tri-W Construction, serving Lancaster County and the surrounding areas of Pennsylvania.
